1.1. These terms set out the procedure for buying and selling goods in the online shop skimelin.lt (the \u201cShop\u201d).<\/p>\n
1.2. Seller: MB \u201eWeb modulis 24\/7\u201c<\/strong>, company code 307153998, address Bendrij\u0173 g. 11, LT-37171 Panev\u0117\u017eys, Lithuania, e-mail support@skimelin.lt. The Seller is not a VAT payer.<\/p>\n 1.3. Buyer \u2013 a legally capable natural person aged 18 or over, or a legal entity, purchasing goods in the Shop.<\/p>\n 1.4. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accept these terms.<\/p>\n 2.1. The contract is concluded when the Buyer places and pays for an order and the Seller sends an order confirmation by email.<\/p>\n 2.2. Products are made and packed to order by our partner in the European Union, so an order is processed only once payment has been received.<\/p>\n 3.1. All prices are in euros. The Seller is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is applied to the prices.<\/p>\n 3.2. The delivery cost is shown in the basket before payment.<\/p>\n 3.3. You can pay: via online banking or by payment card through \u201cPaysera\u201d; by payment card, \u201cApple Pay\u201d or \u201cGoogle Pay\u201d through \u201cWooPayments\u201d (payments are processed by \u201cStripe\u201d); or via \u201cPayPal\u201d. Payments are processed securely in the payment service providers\u2019 systems; the Seller does not see or store payment card details or online banking login details.<\/p>\n 4.1. Goods are delivered in Lithuania and other European Union countries. The countries we deliver to are shown at checkout.<\/p>\n Products are delivered by courier (FedEx) to the address provided by the buyer \u2013 home or workplace. Delivery to parcel lockers and pickup points is currently not available.<\/p>\n 4.2. Delivery in Lithuania costs \u20ac1.99 and is free for orders from \u20ac45. Delivery to other European Union countries costs \u20ac9.99 and is free for orders from \u20ac75. The final delivery cost is shown in the basket before payment.<\/p>\n 4.3. Orders are made and dispatched within 2 working days of payment. Usual delivery time: Lithuania \u2013 3\u20136 working days<\/strong>, other EU countries \u2013 4\u201314 working days from payment. Delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond the Seller\u2019s control (courier delays, public holidays).<\/p>\n 4.4. Once the order has been dispatched, the Buyer receives tracking information by email.<\/p>\n 4.5. On receipt, the Buyer should inspect the packaging. If any damage is found, we recommend recording it (taking a photo) and informing us at support@skimelin.lt within 3 days.<\/p>\n 5.1. A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving the goods without giving any reason, by writing to support@skimelin.lt.<\/p>\n 5.2. Cosmetic products are hygiene goods. In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been opened or its seal (protective film, seal, etc.) has been broken and it cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons. Only unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned.<\/strong><\/p>\n 5.3. The Buyer must send the returned goods within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal. The Buyer bears the cost of return, except where the goods are faulty or not as ordered.<\/p>\n 5.4. The price of the goods and the original delivery cost are refunded no later than 14 days after we receive the notice, but the Seller may withhold the refund until the goods or proof of their return dispatch have been received. Refunds are made using the same payment method.<\/p>\n 6.1. If you receive damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, please let us know at support@skimelin.lt within a reasonable time, including a photo and your order number.<\/p>\n 6.2. In that case the Seller will replace the goods or refund the amount paid at its own expense.<\/p>\n 6.3. Before first use, we recommend a patch test on a small area of skin. An individual skin reaction to a product\u2019s ingredients is not considered a defect.<\/p>\n 7.1. Product descriptions, ingredients and certifications are provided based on the manufacturer\u2019s information. Product colours in photos may differ slightly from reality.<\/p>\n 7.2. The Seller is not liable for damage resulting from the Buyer not following the instructions for use or providing incorrect information.<\/p>\n 8.1. Any disagreements are resolved through negotiation. Please send complaints to support@skimelin.lt \u2013 we will reply within 14 days.<\/p>\n 8.2. If no agreement is reached, the consumer has the right to apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania<\/strong> (Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt) or to a court in accordance with Lithuanian law.<\/p>\n 9.1. The Seller may amend these terms. Orders are governed by the terms in force at the time the order is placed.<\/p>\n 9.2.
