Here is a short summary of how to return a product or report a problem. You can find the full conditions in our <a href=\"\/en\/pirkimo-taisykles\/\">Terms of Sale<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right to return within 14 days<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Within <strong>14 days of receiving the product<\/strong> you can withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason \u2013 simply email <a href=\"mailto:support@skimelin.lt\">support@skimelin.lt<\/a> and include your order number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cosmetics are hygiene products, so we can only accept returns of <strong>unopened, unused products in their original, undamaged packaging<\/strong> (with the protective film or seal intact).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please send the product back within 14 days of notifying us of the return. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We refund the price of the product and the original delivery costs no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, using the same payment method you paid with. We may process the refund once we receive the product or proof that it has been sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged or incorrect product<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you received a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, please email us at <a href=\"mailto:support@skimelin.lt\">support@skimelin.lt<\/a>, attaching a photo and your order number. In this case, <strong>at our expense<\/strong> we will replace the product or refund your money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before using a product for the first time, we recommend doing a patch test on a small area of skin.
